Dec 30 (Reuters) – Omicron subvariant XBB.1.5 is estimated to account for 40.5% of COVID-19 instances in the US within the week of Dec. 31, just about doubling from the former week, knowledge from the U.S. Facilities for Illness Keep watch over and Prevention confirmed on Friday.
